This article explains how to use Syte Help Center and main sections.
Accessing the Help Center
In order to access the Help Center, you need to visit Syte Help Center, this will take you to the main Page:
Submit a Request
Under this section, you can submit a request regarding an issue, question, or suggesting a feature.
Once submitted to our systems, our Support Team will reach out to you as soon as possible.
Please note, that any update that takes place within the submitted request will be sent as a notification to the requester via email to the email address submitted in the request.
In order to see the status of your requests, you need to sign in first, please see the next section for more information.
Signing in to the Help Center gives you the possibility to view your requests, their status, last update, priority, and the ability to submit an update as well.
Once you press on "Sign In", the following windows will pop up asking for your credentials:
If you already have a password, then you can just sign in, in case you previously submitted requests, but you are not sure about the password, then you need to click "Get a password", and finally, if you never had submitted a request, then you need to "Sign up".
